Also I’ll be chatting about the quiet benefits I discovered along the way in writing, non-specific writing or as I call it writing spelt with the lower-case w, an activity that can be engaged in at any age or ability, keeps your brain agile and you in touch with the world, and can take you to places you never anticipated.
